The cleanest study design in this hub. Organic-substitution crossover trials consistently and rapidly lower urinary organophosphate metabolites, with reductions around 89-96% reported within a week. Two things temper the reading. First, a fall in a urinary biomarker demonstrates reduced EXPOSURE, not improved health; no trial here measured a health outcome.
