The three big studies contradict each other, and pooling them gives nothing. The deeper problem is that organic buyers are also wealthier, slimmer, and less likely to smoke, and no study has managed to separate the food from the lifestyle.

What the evidence shows

Three large prospective cohorts disagree, and the disagreement is the finding. A French cohort reported reduced overall cancer risk; a UK cohort of 623,080 women found none, with breast cancer slightly elevated; a Danish cohort was also null overall and its non-Hodgkin lymphoma result ran OPPOSITE to the UK's. A meta-analysis pooling them lands null.
