Yes, measurably. Trials show large drops in pesticide levels in urine. But organic is not pesticide-free: organic farming uses its own approved pesticides, and tests looking only for synthetic ones will not see them.

Organic produce does carry measurably less synthetic pesticide residue, and this is one of the better-supported claims in the hub: a controlled trial with urinary biomarkers found 91% lower pesticide excretion on an organic diet, and two large systematic reviews report roughly four-fold lower detection frequency. The important caveat is that organic is not residue-free.
